more sketches
i think i’m finally improving a little. features, proportion, and most importantly achieving the shades. i took a shot at kits method of using the fingertip to brush over shaded areas to give a more natural lighting effect. works pretty well i’d say. going to be a trying week. interview on wed, prep for worship for sun. things are moving along. hope i’m up to the challenges i’m facing.

half day
so it was like a cohesion event, and we watched big stan. started off really messed up, but got a little better in the end.
good music really has a calming, emancipatory effect on emotions, and state of mind
<3 astons. good food at good prices. avoid peak hours though, queues can get insane.
and i watched eagle eye! i think its a very interesting concept that steven spielberg worked with, and pulled it off quite well. its worth a watch. <3 michelle monaghan :p
i love movies. they bring out the escapist in you. transports you to another place, another reality, and you sit engaged with whatever’s on the screen, detached from your current world, engrossed, from start to end. thats what a good movie should make you feel. give you time to consider something else, and put things on your mind on temporary hold. and it’ll make you think as you exit the theatre, exploring the possibilities that it opened up in your mind, and make them swirl around in your head. or give you a happy feeling. haha.
i want to cycle along a beach, and draw greenery.
